Terms and Conditions

1. Authorization
The client authorizes JP idata Recovery Lab to conduct free evaluation on sent media to determine degree
of damage and to provide a quote of recovery charge and timing. No work to be performed beyond this
evaluation without client's consent/approval. The client authorizes JP idata Recovery Lab, its employees
and agents, to receive and transfer media, equipment and data to, from and between their facilities.

2. Legal Rights
Any property (media, recovery data or backup information) left with JP idata Recovery Lab unclaimed for 90 days
will be disposed and JP idata Recovery Lab shall have no liability and responsibility to the client or any third party.

3. Limited Liability
JP idata Recovery Lab shall not be held liable or responsible for any claims in regards to the following:

a. The physical non-functioning of equipment or media;
b. The condition or existence of data on storage media before, during or after service;
c. Any loss of data, revenue and profits;
d. Any special, minor, conditional and significant damages caused before, during or after service;

Client and JP idata Recovery Lab acknowledges and agrees that the sole and exclusive remedy for
unsatisfactory work or data shall be, at JP idata Recovery Lab's option, additional attempts by JP idata
Recovery Lab on data recovery or refund of the amount paid for recovery charge by the client. Client is aware
of the property damage involved in data recovery, risks due to destruction or damage to the media or data,
inability to recover data, inaccurate or incomplete data recovery.

4. Confidentiality
Any information or data files received, stored on, or recovered from client equipment will be strictly
confidential and will not be disclosed to outside parties except to employees or agents of JP idata Recovery Lab,
subject to confidentiality agreements or as required by law.

5. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of successful recovery. The client is fully responsible for all shipping costs,
custom duties and taxes to and from JP idata Recovery Lab. Company checks and bank transfers are welcome.
We also accept VISA or Mastercard.

6. Warranty
JP idata Recovery Lab issues no warranty nor disclaims to any warranty of any kind, including any warranty
of merchantability.
