media in anti-static material |

Pack
medium in a box, with a minimum of 2" gap
between the borders of the box and the medium
in all directions, then use bubble wrap or
foam to wrap the medium and please ensure
the medium does not move around inside the
box during shipment. If you send the entire
system unit, use the original packaging if
possible, otherwise ensure proper cushioning
and protection. |

When
shipping more than one drive in a single carton,
ensure that the drives do not touch each
other and they are both cushioned individually.

Label
the box "FRAGILE". Please include
the completed and signed Evaluation Form in
